Payment information is handled by the checkout and payment providers used to complete your order. Olsek does not need to receive your full card details to process the order.

Olsek also uses a first-party cookie to recognise returning browsers and connect visits, traffic sources, page views and selected button clicks. We record broad device and browser information and approximate country, without recording form contents or using device fingerprinting to link visits. The cookie lasts up to 90 days from your latest visit; detailed activity records are kept for up to 180 days.
You can decline optional tracking or withdraw your choice using Cookie preferences. Withdrawal stops this collection and clears the visitor cookie. It does not automatically delete activity already recorded.
These providers may receive technical and interaction data from your browser. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, although parts of the site may not remember your preferences as a result.
WhatsApp offers and support
If you contact Olsek through WhatsApp to claim an offer, request support or check bathroom fit, we may reply on WhatsApp about that request, the related product and your order. You can ask us to stop at any time.
WhatsApp is operated by a third party and its own privacy terms also apply when you use the service.
Sharing, storage and security
We share information only where needed with service providers that help operate the website, checkout, payments, analytics, customer support, fulfilment and delivery, or where disclosure is required by law. Some providers may process information outside your country of residence.
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including customer support, legal, tax and order records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to certain uses, or withdraw marketing consent. Some records may need to be retained where required for an order, dispute or legal obligation.
