Mount the Halo
Peel, press and adjust the rail on a compatible mounting surface.

Place and fill
Choose a suitable spot with drainage and room for airflow. Fill the 15 L reservoir.

Choose your temperature
Connect the supplied power kit, with mains power outside the wet area. Set the water between 1°C and 15°C.

Chill, then step under
Allow the water to reach your chosen temperature. Press the button to start the Halo.
After the first cold
Keep the cold
ready for tomorrow.
Leave Olsek switched on to maintain your chosen water temperature. Once chilled, press the button to start your session and press again to stop.

Can I use Olsek outdoors?
Yes. A bathroom is usually the simplest option, but Olsek can also work in a suitable outdoor space. Its own reservoir means no existing shower connection is needed. Send us a photo on WhatsApp so we can help check mounting, drainage, power and weather exposure before you install.
Is this a shower-head attachment?
Olsek is a complete system with its own cooling unit and 15 L reservoir. It chills that water and delivers it through the Halo, independently of your existing shower plumbing.
How cold does it get?
You can choose any temperature between 1°C and 15°C. You don’t have to use the coldest setting.
How long does the water take to cool?
Allow the first fill to chill overnight. After topping up, cooling usually takes a few hours, depending on how much water you add and its starting temperature. Olsek can remain switched on to maintain your chosen temperature.
Does it need plumbing, and how is it powered?
No plumbing connection is required. The supplied power kit connects to a standard UAE outlet outside the wet area, with 24V power supplied to the unit.
What space do I need?
The cooling unit measures 55 × 41 × 29 cm. Leave a small gap around its vents for airflow, with the Halo positioned within reach of the supplied 1.5 m hose. Your spot also needs a suitable mounting surface, drainage and access to power outside the wet area. Send us a photo on WhatsApp if you’d like help checking the fit.
Where does the used water go?
In a bathroom, water runs into the shower or bath drain. Outdoor setups need suitable drainage for the used water. It does not return to the reservoir.
How often do I refill it?
A full 15 L reservoir provides four 30-second sessions. Top up after use to give the fresh water time to chill before your next session.
Does it stop automatically?
The flow is manually controlled. Press the button to start, then press it again to stop.
What maintenance does it need?
Keep the unit clean, leave the vents clear and replenish the water as it is used. There are no filters to replace or water treatments to add.
What warranty is included?
The complete system has a one-year warranty. Contact Olsek directly for help with a fault, repair or replacement.
